MFEI submitted this 65-page report to the U.S. Elections Assistance Commission in March 2024.
One of MFEI's federal cases, Lindsey v Whitmer, has worked its way to the U.S. Supreme Court. There we are petitioning the High Court to consider our argument and grant legislator standing.
MFEI’s Audit Team condensed the Audit Risk report into Title 52 Reform Recommendations and circulated the analysis to national leaders and several members of Congress in November 2024. We revised the report in January 2025.
In 2024, only 2% of MFEI's $414,612 in expenditures went to administrative costs (see p. 10). MFEI operates almost entirely through unpaid volunteers.
